What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm
Do you take walk-ins or should I make an appointment?
While we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins, it is recommended to make an appointment.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can walk in or call our salon at (951) 274-9255 during business hours and our receptionist will help you make the appointment. If we are not available to answer your call, we recommend leaving a message on the answering machine so we can get back to you as soon as possible.
Why do you recommend a consultation?
A consultation is recommended because we are not able to give you a guaranteed price over the phone. Being that we cannot see or feel your hair over the phone, we are unable to know if we are able to achieve your desired look or even if we have the appropriate amount of time to accomplish the task. Our consultations are free and should only take around 15 minutes.
Can I bring pictures to my consultation?
Of course! We strongly encourage bringing pictures of your desired look.
Will I receive a reminder prior to my appointment?
If you give us your cell phone number and/or an email, our computer system will send you an immediate text notification of your appointment as well as a reminder text two days prior.
How early or late can I arrive to my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, we encourage calling the salon to see if we can still accommodate your hair appointment. If you are running later than 15 minutes, we might not be able to give you the best service possible and may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We recommend 48 hour notice to cancel and reschedule your appointment so we are able to fill that opening with another client.
What is your pricing policy?
Our stylists all have varying years of experience and may price differently, yet similar. It is always recommended to come in for a free consultation to receive pricing detailed specifically to you.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests’ peace and quiet by leaving your children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.
Can I use my phone during my appointment?
While we are aware that emergencies happen, we recommend maintaining the salon atmosphere and silencing your phones during your appointment and in the lobby area. While processing, we recommend using headphones to watch videos.
Do you offer refreshments?
We do offer beverages and some snacks. We encourage bringing your own refreshments during longer services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all card types.
Am I able to return or exchange a product I purchased at the salon?
If you are unhappy with a product, we do allow you to return the mostly full container and exchange it for something that will be better suited to your needs.
