We put aside our individual wants in order to prioritize the needs of the salon and our clients. More than once a month, we come together to further educate ourselves on the latest techniques and brainstorm ideas on how to collectively better the salon. This gives us the opportunity to become closer, developing a friendly and welcoming environment our clients can be comfortable in.
